Miniature car Mercedes 130 (W23) black and beige from 1934

The Mercedes 130 is a vehicle that has been declined as a sedan, an open-top sedan or a convertible. The model presented to you here, the Mercedes 130 H is a small 2-door sedan with 4 seats and a rear engine. (H for heck: back). It was designed under the direction of Mercedes chief engineer Hans Nibel, who is said to have been inspired by Edmund Rumpler's Tropfenwagen, the drop car, an aerodynamic mid-engine prototype. This vehicle radically breaks with the manufacturer's traditional large sedans, a move that echoes the financially difficult period of the 1930s. It encourages manufacturers to find the savior model, lighter, smaller and less expensive vehicles. Due to low sales volume, it was discontinued in 1936.

These vehicles will bring a touch of realism to your themes, but can also be part of a beautiful collection.
