CDR4070 Stand-alone DVR can record the video signals from 4 cameras to the HDD in a removable HDD
(Hard Disk Drive) rack and replay them at real time or at x1~ x8,192 speeds.
This system has numerous
monitoring features such as automatic sequential display, full screen display for a selected input video signal,
pausing, quad splitting, etc. Real time monitoring and replaying are possible via network (TCP/IP).
CDR4070 Stand-alone DVR supports a removable hard disk drive.
A compact flash memory slot is standard
feature. The unit comes with ‘DVR Reader Software’ that allows you to view DVR video on a PC. By taking out
the removable hard drive from CDR4070 DVR and placing it in a PC equipped with a removable hard-drive bay,
the DVR reader software will playback video directly from the removable Hard Drive. The DVR reader software
can also save images as AVI, KPEG or BMP files.

What to do at the time of installation:
CDR4070 should be installed in the following order; 1. Required hardware for the system. - CDR4070 Stand-alone DVR unit (Including Power Source) - Hard Disk Drive - Up to 4 cameras (Including Power Source) - CCTV Monitor (or TV Set with S-VHS Input) - Network cable and PC 2. Connect the DVR unit with the cameras and monitor 3. Connect the AC power supply (SMPS) to the DVR. 4. When the DVR asks you to format the HDD, press the ENTER button to start HDD formatting 5. Confirm that live video is displayed on the monitor 6. Select Set Menu and set the current date and time. 7. Escape from set Menu. 8. Set values for required options (Audio Recording, Compact Flash Backup and Network). Network cable
should be connected to the DVR unit before power is on. And Compact Flash card must be inserted before
power is on. See the Compact Flash Backup chapter before the operation.
