Faulty & Damaged Claims
We will repair, replace, or refund faulty or damaged good in accordance
with the relevant Warranty Terms and Conditions and your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify of damaged or
faulty goods within 14 days of receiving their product. If contact is made
outside of this time, we may refuse a return, exchange, or
refund. Customers must receive a Return Authority Form from us prior to
returning or organizing the return of any stock. Customers are responsible for
the return of items that can easily be posted or returned to us. Returns are
accepted in line with our warranty conditions. Where applicable, we may arrange
for a service technician to assess and repair the unit before arranging for the
return of a product(s).
Evidence through the form of photos may be required prior to us accepting a
return. We may refuse the return of any product(s) if we deem there is
insufficient evidence to confirm whether a product is damaged, faulty, or
incorrectly described. We cannot accept returns for scratches and dents after a
product is installed or assembled. It is customer responsibility to identify
any damage or imperfections that may be present prior to installing or
assembling any product(s).
It is the customer responsibility to ensure that all accessories, fittings,
and packaging are included with the return. Where parts are missing, we reserve
the right to reduce the full refund amount to the customer. We will not accept
any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss or damage suffered by
you because of damaged, faulty, or rejected good, including but not limited to
loss of profits.
Orders
All orders are subject to approval and rejection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all correspondence from us. It
is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct details are
supplied. We accept no responsibility for related delays and costs.
Delivery and Ownership of Goods
We don’t deliver to PO boxes.
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or faults where customers
have given authority for products to be delivered without a signature. This
will void all insurance cover.
We aren’t directly responsible for the delivery times of our products. Once
a product has been despatched it is up to the customer to communicate with the
delivery service regarding delivery times and any changes in plans.
Our delivery service only covers delivery to a roadside point or loading
bay. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate delivery after this
point. Products will not be delivered up stairs,
lifts, ramps or within properties. Any deliveries which are unable to be
completed for not meeting these requirements will incur a $50 fee to organise
suitable re-delivery and cancellation will result in no refund of shipping
fees.
Factory Seconds Stock
By purchasing factory seconds stock, all customers accept that this stock
is not in brand new condition. We endeavour to provide a clear and accurate
description of the state of any product sold to the customer where
requested by supplying images, descriptions etc. It is ultimately the
customer’s responsibility to request this information regarding the condition
of the product(s) they are purchasing. Where evidence is not requested or
supplied, the customer accepts that minor flaws or defects not effecting the
described operation of the product(s) may be present.
We reserve the right to refuse a repair, exchange, or refund of an item
where a customer wishes to return a factory seconds,
ex-display, carton damaged or refurbished item due to something that was
outlined prior to the sale or details were not requested. Products can still be
returned at the customer’s expense in line with the returns policy.
Privacy
By placing an order with us agree that we may store and use regarding other
products or offers which may be of interest to you.
All goods sold on eBay.com.au are covered
by a standard change of mind policy. If there is no product fault and you
change your mind and want to return your order for a refund after receiving
your goods, we do accept returns under strict conditions. To qualify, you must
notify us with 30 days of receiving the product you wish to return. The return
delivery costs are at your expense and risk, and we reserve the right to charge
a restocking fee. The product must be in the original condition it was supplied
– we don’t accept returns for products that have been opened, installed, used,
