All products are new in unopened original wonderbag boxes. The wonderbag arrives vacuum packed (it feels very hard) and to bring it to life, we advise customers to 'massage' each of the wonderbag segments and the lid until each segment feels light and airy. This action separates the recycled foam pieces (the thermal insulation) and enables your food to cook using thermal insulation.
