Beautiful Book, Rare Book, no dog ears corners or torn pages. Last 3 photos show, 2 pages have smudges, some wear on the hardcover corner, see photo. Very hard to find, English version. Has been looked at a few times. So wear on outer cover as well. Overall still good condition
