I will use Ground Advantage Mail for this sale to help keep costs down.  I use new or occasionally gently-used sturdy boxes that typically have a 200-pounds-per-square-inch bursting test rating.  I ship only to the 50 American States and the District of Columbia.  Buyers in other countries may purchase this item through the eBay Global Shipping Program.  Local pickup in the Spokane area is also available at no charge.  

Whenever possible, I will gladly combine shipping costs.  I do this by approximately splitting the savings for shipping on the second and subsequent items and then issuing a refund within about two days after a package is shipped.
