All of our orders are dispatched within 1 working day after receipt and payment of the order. We adhere to the EU Return Policy. Returns can be initiated within 14 days after receiving the parcel, provided the product packaging has not been opened and the product seals are intact. Return shipment has to be paid by the customer. We will reimburse the original order amount (including the original shipping costs) within 1 week after receipt of the return.
