BLACK STRETCH VELVET FABRIC
This one of a kind stretch velvet features stripes of glossy panne velour set onto a semi sheer mesh backing. The velvet is marbled in texture and changes from matte black to glossy reflective surface depending on which angle it is perceived from. This is a heavy weight fabric with a 4 way stretch and an excellent drape. It is cool to the touch. This fabric is a closeout and available in very limited quality. Once its is gone that's it.

This item is sold by the yard. Multiple yards purchased will be shipped in a continuous Piece. Simply select the amount of yardage you require and add to cart. We will cut the requested yardage brand new from the roll.
