TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Model Train Items:  We recently acquired items from a collector of model railroad / subway items.  He was a collector for over 50 years and worked in the railroad industry.  Please look very carefully at the photos of the items we have up.  If you want to see specific parts of an item, don't be afraid to ask us.  We will accommodate you as best as possible.  More items will be added each week, spanning the last 60 years at least.  Many items will still have their original packaging / box.  We also carry many railroad / subway / locomotive books and literature as well that span 60 to 70 years. 

We will list these items as best as we know how on condition.  If there is wear or rust, the photos should show all that is present.  Because most items are still in their original packaging / box, we cannot guarantee all items are 'brand new'.  We will let you decide by the photos and questions.  

As we are not experts on model trains, we will show all items that will be sent to you.  If an item is missing from a 'set' of something, it was not done intentionally.  

Because this item was purchased with multiple pieces within the same packaging, your part may be shipped in bags not shown, but your part will be new and genuine. If your part shown is in a sealed package (Sealed in Box) it will be shipped that way.

I ship all items at least by first class to ensure a tracking number. 

Shipping:  We ship all orders by 12 PM, Monday through Friday (business days, excluding holidays).  Any orders that come in after 10 AM will be shipped by the following business day.  We usually can ship the same day, but reserve the right to ship the next business day.  If there is bad weather we reserve the right to ship at the earliest possible date.

 

Your order will most likely arrive via USPS. If you have a PO box associated with USPS or a different address, please notify us at time of payment. Otherwise, shipment is sent to your address provided.

 

International deliveries may take 1 to 6 weeks.  We go through Ebay International for Shipping.

 

Items may be shipped from different locations.  As such, we generally as a rule cannot do combined shipping.

 

Returns must be shipped in resalable condition. 

 

Returns of all items must be sent in original packaging and not installed or used by customer.

 

Also, returns must adhere to good shipping practices.

 

For purchases where a shipping charge is paid, there is no refund on that shipping charge.  Expedited and international shipping fees are also not refunded.

 

We are not experts on anything we list.  If you have questions, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

 

We will refund any defective part as long as it was not damaged by improper or failed installation attempts. 

 

It is your responsibility that this item fits your specific need.  You may run Ebay's fitment tool in most cases.

 

Any emails sent to us will be answered within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday).

 

Items (especially car, tractor, and lawn mower parts) that we sell have been acquired from stores and individuals that may have gone out of business.  All parts we sell will be in original packaging unless otherwise stated, but we cannot guarantee when we ship that all the pieces are accounted for.  Please look at the photos carefully.  If you receive a part and it is not all there, we can assure you it was not sent purposefully that way.
