Pneumatic 3/8 Air Ratchet Wrench HDI Craftsmen Central Pneumatic Tool Lot.

Most seemed to work fine when hooked up to a small air compressor except the H.D.I. On that particular tool, the ratcheting mechanism worked, but the actual drive shaft didn’t turn. Not sure if my small compressor didn’t have enough power, or if there is something wrong.
