Rakusan Tsuchiya, Crimson Lotus and Kingfisher (Mid Summer),Woodblock Prints JPN F/S 
Rakusan(Rakuzan) Tsuchiya(1896-1976)
was born in Kyoto and studied art under the great Kyoto artist, Seiho Takeuchi.
His detailed and intricately colored woodblock prints were sold
by his studio before W.W.II until around 1948.

Unsodo bought an existing woodblock from the Tsuchiya family, and
this is the reprint in 68 years.
