If you want to make an entrance to the next party you go to this top might be for you!  Just fabulous.  Not sure if you can tell from the photos but the fringe at the bottom is actually beads.  Sleeves are sheer and the rest of the top is lined.

Excellent condition.  I'm not seeing any loose or missing beads but without the amount of beadwork there might be a few I missed.

It might run a little small for a medium so should fit a small as well.

15 inches across the back from shoulder to shoulder.

19 inches underarm to underarm.

 23 inch sleeve.

 19 inches from shoulder to hem not counting the fringe.
