Just because it is here today, DOESN’T mean it will be here tomorrow folks! :D  Everyone is trying to help us out and bringing things so we just can’t keep listing it all! We get so many items that old, rare, unique, new and much more that we can’t keep them all listed forever and have to keep cycling items through! :D We have years of experience, so feel free to reach out and contact us with any questions/concerns before buying/bidding.

*UPDATE: We are overstocked, and due to E-bay's new policy on Good Til'Cancled listings, we will only be listing many of these items once before they pass by the wayside so get them now before they are gone for good, we just can't keep them all because we constantly have new items arriving and have limited space!!!

We also try to keep shipping at a minimum while not sacrificing safe packaging of your items!  We do not control the rising of carrier rates or the way they treat the packages, thus there is no room for skimping on packaging for the sake of an ounce or two.

Bids/Purchases are binding contracts. We will no longer cancel orders (unless we make a description mistake), please make sure the item is wanted before purchase/bidding.

Due to the nature in which we receive some of our items we may not know everything about the item.  Our items come from multiple sources such as estates and other individuals.  We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible and provide pictures for buyer’s review.  If there is any question, do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to answer all of them quickly and accurately.

We strive for customer satisfaction!  If for some reason there is a problem with your order/item, buyer has 3 days to contact us after delivery.  After 3 days, the item will be considered to be ok.
Returns:  In the event that an item needs to be returned (when applicable), the item needs to bein original condition in which it was sent such as packaging and original shipping vessel. 

Damage/Returns:  In the even that an item is damaged during shipping, there are several options if the package is insured.  The buyer can submit the claim to the appropriate carrier in order to receive a refund on the item.   If a refund from the seller is wanted, then the original shipping container, packaging, item must be returned to seller (at buyer’s expense).  We apologize for this, but due to the policy with insurance claims, the original packaging/shipping material as well as damaged item is needed.

Feedback is important for the both the buyer and the seller!  Please contact us if there is a problem before leaving feedback.  If everything is ok with your order, please leave positive feedback and we will leave positive for buyer upon receipt of positive.  We will no longer leave feedback until we receive feedback.  We do send out a message to let buyers know when their item is shipped and usually ask about the item upon delivered status.

Shipping/Handling: We do not make the carrier rates for shipping, but in an effort to keep shipping as low as possible we do not charge a Packing/Handling fee for materials used.  We Combine Shipping on all items that are applicable! If purchasing multiple items, please contact us and then wait for us to send an updated invoice with combined shipping in order to ensure your savings.  Or add the items to your cart and request a total with updated combined shipping. Some items may not be applicable due to balloon rates and such.  This usually only happens on larger lots, but if in doubt please ask.
