Overall very good condition.  Unit was briefly powered on to test- the light appears to be good, the belt is frozen but motor tries to spin.  Did not test further as the motor spins the fan to cool the bulb.  Sold as-is in the condition pictured and described, includes everything shown.  The case latches all work, and the top of the case does have the reel mount (sorry, ran out of picture space).
