All items to UK are sent by Royal Mail 48/2^nd Class post or Hermes

We offer the option to upgrade to Fast Delivery by  1^st Class signed for or Special Delivery for the additional cost.

We aim to process and dispatch your orders placed Monday - Friday before 12noon on the same day. 
Orders placed after 12noon on Friday and orders placed on the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

The majority of parcels are normally delivered between 1-5 working days but Royal Mail say it can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.
If you have not received your item after 10 working days please contact us (please note weekends are not considered working days).

We do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used.

NOTE: Lost items can only be claimed from the Royal Mail after 10 working days, which then we will take action accordingly.
If you contact us before the 10 day period we may ask you to wait until the then before we take action.

Our Courier service is for mainland UK only. Parcel delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands & Islands are excluded. Scottish Highland postcodes exluded are (IV1-IV28, PH19-PH44, PA20-PA29, KA27-KA28) Sorry, couriers rules not ours.
