Antique Pre 1914 Royal Doulton Lambeth Salters Teapot and Open Sugar Dish
Both teapot and sugar dish have the Doulton & Salter Patent mark that was used between 1891-1914. Both have the registered design printed of X5554 which was registered between 1897-1903. The sugar dish has the Doulton Lambeth England Stamp that was used between 1891 - 1956. The teapot has the Royal Doulton stamp that was used between 1902-1922.
John Slater was the Art Director at Doulton between 1887 - 1914 and developed special glazes/techniques including those marked Doulton & Slaters Patent.
Size: Teapot: 12cm tall, 20.5cm long and 13cm wide. Sugar dish is 8cm tall and 12.5 x 11.5cm wide.
Total weight before packing: 1.1kg
In good used condition. Teapot has small chip on underside of spout.
