This is a 1970's vintage dress made in USA.
It has a petite rose pattern throughout, ruffles at the neckline, sleeve tips and hem, and shirred embroidery in pink and yellow-green thread from the lower chest to the waist. ❤︎
It has moderately puff sleeves, and the ends of the sleeves are tucked in for a fluffy puff sleeve shape.
The body has a petite rose pattern with a subtle pin-dot pattern overlaying it, and the sleeves are made of a different material. The sleeves are made of eyelet embroidery.
