We ship with registered post and you will receive a tracking number. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery.

Refunds are given less any postage cost as standard, unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs to us, unless the item is defective.
