You are looking at Fenton Glass Bear Iridescent with Pink Flowers and Hearts Glows Figurine. This bear measures approximately 3.25 inches tall and 2 inches long. Artist signed D. Hanlon.  This bear glows under black light.  Gorgeous Blue eyes!
This is from an adult non-smoking collection. Been sitting in a curio cabinet since purchased. This will be packed well and insured when shipped.
