This is definitely a wardrobe staple, or could even be part of your Picasso or Kurt Cobain look (I mean it's the Dali museum but we know Picasso and Kurt both wore shirts like this). Or maybe you wanna be a mime! Could be part of a goth look, emo look, punk, or grunge look. I mean these stripes are versatile. Brand new, never worn. Unisex for sure. Size tag says medium but fits more like a small. 18" pit to pit, 15" shoulder to shoulder, 24" from shoulder to hem. It's a classic!
