Whilst we do endeavour
to answer your questions out of hours this is not always possible so please be
patient for your reply. Opening hours are 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday. All questions should be submitted and a reply received

Best Offers

Availability
All items listed are advertised for sale elsewhere and as such listings maybe ended at any time.
Payment
All 'Buy It Now' purchases should be paid for at the time of clicking. All accepted 'Best Offer' sales should be paid for within 48 hours of the offer having been accepted.
Despatch
We aim to despatch most items (unless otherwise stated in the listing) within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) of receipt of cleared payment.
Damage
Any items damaged in transit must be notified to the Company within 24 hours of signing for goods in order that investigations can commence with the courier responsible for the delivery.
Returns Policy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that parts are despatched in good working order, problems and faults do occasionally occur. In this instance we will endeavour to replace a faulty part. If this is not possible then a refund will be provided. However, we may request that the faulty part be returned to us for inspection. If this is the case then a return postage value limit will be agreed and refunded. However, the buyer will be liable for return postage charges on items incorrectly ordered and in this instance refunds will be made at the discretion of the Company.
