Bake-O-Glide® Silicone Mats provide a non-stick, non-slip surface for you to bake sweet treats directly onto, without having to grease. We advise placing the mat onto a baking tray to provide a solid base.
The Bake-O-Glide® Macaron & Meringue mat has printed circle guides, for making macarons & meringues. The guides make either 35 macarons (35mm diameter), or 12 meringues (75mm diameter). It can also be suitable for biscuits, tuile, breads, pastries and confectionary.
No need for different trays and mats for each stage of baking. The Bake-O-Glide® Macaron & Meringue Mat has an operating range of -40ºC to 250ºC, making it perfect for freezing and baking on the same mat, without having to transfer the food products and risk damaging them. This makes it ideal for chocolate work, or taking your pastries and cookies straight to the oven.

Care
- Clean your silicone mat with a damp, soft sponge then rinse with clean water.
- Do not use scrapes/brushes to clean the silicone mat.
- Do not fold the silicone mat. Store flat or rolled.
- Never use a cut or ripped silicone mat, as the fibreglass mesh material could migrate into the food.
- Avoid using dishwashers, as this may cause harm to the silicone mat.
