The thin grip is a feature unique to Ibanez, and its light, stress-free grip and playing comfort continue to be favored by many multi-string guitarists. The 27 scale allows for high playability even in down-tuning without sacrificing string tension.
USA-made DiMarzio Fusion Edge pickups w/coil tap switch
These pickups have a rich high frequency response and moderate output power that could be mistaken for single coils, and are characterized by a modern and progressive metal tone. A coil-tap switch is included for even greater sonic versatility.
Low-profile Gibraltar Standard II bridge
The bridge itself is designed low to reduce stress during picking and stroking. The four corners are firmly secured to improve resonance.
