This book is in fairly good condition for its year with no pen or pencil marks or loose pages. There's a small tear on the bottom of one page, please see photo 6.

The cover has surface wear, discolouration and blemishes on both sides, along the edges and corners.

Overall, the pages are in better condition than the cover.
