Royal Doulton figurine Noddy

This figurine of Noddy is in excellent condition and is presented for your consideration. It was produced exclusively for UKI Ceramics Ltd and honours Enid Blyton's centenary of 1897 to 1997.

It carries the backstamp of Royal Doulton, Made in England. This figurine was produced as a limited edition of 1,500. The handpainted 34 could indicate that this piece is number 34 of the limited edition. It was issued in 1997.

Noddy, a character created by Enid Blyton, is waving to you.

It is in excellent (if not perfect) condition. No chips, cracks or crazing.

Please study the photos carefully, as they form part of the description. Although a great deal of effort has gone into identifying all particulars.

The figurine is approximately 13 cm high.

Near the backstamp is a handpainted symbol, which looks like the artist symbol that Beatrice M Durntall used, although I am not certain.

He would make a lovely addition to someone's collection.

Please note: I'm not an expert in antiques or china. This is a hobby.

Thank you for taking an interest!
