1.The battery shall be fully charged with the charger before the first use. When the indicator light of the charger changes from red to green, the battery shall be fully charged
2.Connect the fully charged battery with the wire in the battery pocket next to the sock, put the battery in the battery pocket and cover it
3.Put on your socks, long press the power button for 3 seconds for the first time, and short press the power button again to adjust the temperature in turn. The light changes from red high-grade to white medium-grade, and finally to blue to resist
4.When the power is exhausted, please take out the battery and use the charger delivered by the product to charge the battery until it is full
