• 14 Medium   Inside leg 30"  (Waist 34". Rise 10.5"/11".  Across the hem 7"/7.5")

• 12 Long   Inside leg 32"/32.5" above please choose inside leg 32 in (Waist 32". Rise 10.5"/11".  Across the hem 7")

To check your waist measurement please lie trousers flat, DON'T bring up the front of the waist to match the back

Measure across the very top of the waist, inside the waistband that is then double the measurement, to check against the measurement above

Please keep in mind different styles of trousers & the rise makes a difference too

To check your inside leg length please lie trousers flat & measure from the crotch to the hem
