We use standard next-day shipping with DHL for regular-sized items. We also use a combination of other couriers (Including DHL, Palletways & Royal Mail) for larger or smaller parcels. Returns

If upon purchase you encounter any issues with your item please contact us prior to leaving feedback and we shall do our up-most to help. Please note email may not be monitored 17:30 - 08:00 Monday - Friday or at the weekend or public holidays. Please allow more time for a reply at all other times. Please also bear in mind that most issues can be solved via a web search. Sometimes it's worth giving this a go before contacting us. Please note we may not be able to provide technical support.
All sales come with a 28 day return to base warranty from date of purchase for faulty items. Please note that if the item is being returned due to a ‘change of heart’ then this must be made within 28 days of receiving the item. Please note you will be charged a restocking fee of £10. This amount will be taken out of the original transaction and a receipt of original postage charge will be provided upon request.
If the item is being returned due to hardware faults/issues then a refund shall be issued.Please note the item shall be tested upon receipt to verify fault. We do not pay any return postage nor arrange for the collection of any items ourselves. This charge shall be incurred by the buyer. Please allow up to 5 working days for retest to take place.
All items sent out within 1 working day of cleared payment. Deliveries outside of mainland UK can take longer to arrive. Tracking information shall be added upon dispatch. Please check the order details for your consignment number. Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate and accurate delivery information.
