Included with each waterproof quilt protector are four quilt clamps, which attach to the internal corners of the quilt encasement via small ties, clamping off to the corners of your quilt. This assists in keeping the corners securely in place.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney at the latest of the following morning after you have placed an order. We do dispatch very quickly.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We only work with Australia Post as they are the most reliable service available.

We can deliver to Post Office Boxes. 

We currently dispatch to addresses within Australia.

We are unable to cancel an order once it's been dispatched.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Returns:

We do offer returns and have a 30-day quality guarantee should an item have an issue within the first 30 days of use.  To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original, unopened packaging. Due to our health regulations, we are restricted from offering a return on an item once removed from its packaging, as it cannot be on-sold or resold. Please check your measurements and the product packaging before you remove an item from its packaging.
