  Labels: Near Mint (NM, M-) - a few spindle traces;

  Sleeve: Very Good (VG) - impression of the disc in the thin-ish cardboard, some creasing; tiny amount of wear to corners;

  Inner Sleeve: Good (G) - original replaced with a WHSmith plastic-lined one, some creasing and heavy yellowing with age.
