Cleaning

• Some of our shoes are hand washed and air dried.
• Shoes that have been processed will be listed as "Cleaned & Washed"
• We do not tumble wash/dry any of our shoes. This can destroy the foam and structure of the shoes.
• Not all of our shoes are processed. Certain models and materials can be damaged by the cleaning process.

• Photos are taken under white light for the most accurate color representation. They are best viewed on modern mobile device screens with brightness settings on high.
• The photos are always of the item listed unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• Please review every photo carefully as the photos often disclose damage. We try to highlight damage with colored circles, but we are not perfect so examine each photo thoroughly.

Condition

• Shoes are not personally owned. This leaves us unable to give an accurate history of the shoe's use.
• Shoes that are listed as pre-owned are pre-owned and will show signs of wear.
• Please evaluate the condition of the shoes from the photos provided. A picture speaks a thousand words.
• We do not hide damage or other issues with our shoes. If we miss something it is because we are human.
