Rest assured, not only are these panels stunning, but also sustainable. We never cut down new trees to create our products. We reuse, recycle and feel a sense of duty to help our planet wherever possible.  We only use the finest teak, from trusted sources.

Delivery  

  • Standard delivery is FREE to most areas and takes 2-3 working days  (M-F, between 8am to 5.30pm) once the order is paid. If you require a faster delivery service please contact our office and we can advise options available for your area.
  • The following areas postcode areas; AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO30-41, TD AND ZE fall outside the free delivery zone. Please call our office for the surcharge applicable - the charge varies from between £10 to £100 per crate, so its important you contact our office first BEFORE making your purchase 
  • Deliveries are made by a 3rd party transport company using a tail-lift and hand-operated pump truck NOT by a vehicle with a crane
  • Deliveries occur between Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - occasionally they may fall outside of these hours
  • Deliveries can only be to the kerb-side or a driveway if circumstances allow. 
  • The lorry is typically 30ft long (approx size of a large fire engine).
  • We cannot off-load onto gravel or loose areas, steep slopes or soil areas.
  • Delivery needs to be signed for
  • RE ordering online. If you buy BEFORE confirming the price we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and return all money paid.

  • We have put together a checklist to make your purchase  online as smooth as possible - with stone being a natural product and heavy item, we hope this helps.
  • Please ensure you order a minimum of 10 to 15% more to cover wastage and the few breaks that could occur in transit and installation - this is very normal with natural stone. (Not applicable for hearths)
  • Check your delivery postcode to see if a surcharge may be applicable - see the above delivery section for details. If you are in one of these areas please get in touch BEFORE ordering to online so we can confirm total costs.
  • Delivery is between Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm and must be signed for.
  • We will provide the delivery company your number so they can book delivery with you directly, they will typically call you the day after we dispatch your order. It is important we have your correct contact number(s). If you have not been called within 48hrs of your order being dispatched please contact our office so we can assist you.
  • Check the DELIVERY section section so you know how delivery is made (tail-lift, kerb-side)
  • Receiving your order - please sign the paperwork with the phrase "UNCHECKED FOR DAMAGES". We cannot pursue any claims if the paperwork is not marked as such.
  • Breakages - every effort is taken to ensure the stone arrives undamaged, with it being a natural product breakages can occur and therefore the first 5% or tiles (which ever is the highest) of any damage is not covered. If it is greater than this level please email detailed pictures evidencing the scale of the damage within 48hrs of receipt and will will refund on the meterage. Replacements are not sent unless the nature of the damage is excessive, typically this would be 30% (i.e. due to crate being dropped, mechanical impact etc.) 
  • Returns are accepted 14 days after order has been received. The cost of the return is at the buyers expense and there may be a restocking fee of up to between 10 to 20% subject to product(s) ordered. We request customers contact us first so we can advise the procedure to follow if a return needs to be made

A1 : We are UK based VAT registered business and our business seller information page provides details of our address, contact numbers as legally required to be displayed by eBay.
