Warped or bent cards:
Foil trading and sports cards may bend/warp because of the heat, humidity, cold, etc. This is a known phenomenon. There are hundreds of websites that teach you how to fix this. I cannot prevent it or control it, no matter how I store them. The thicker the foil lair, the bigger are the chances of bending. I still consider bent cards near mint. If you buy without asking first, it means you accept that you may receive a warped card, especially if it is a foil one.
Handling, shipping, and delivery delays:
I usually ship within 1-2 business days (no weekends/no holidays) from the moment the buyer made the payment.
Please, take note before the purchase: the delivery time suggested by eBay for Canada, for the USA, and for international destinations such as Australia, South Africa, Japan, Europe, Israel, etc., is not accurate.
- A delivery to Canada may take up to 4-5 weeks.
- A delivery to the USA may take up to 5-6 weeks.
- A delivery to an international location may take up to 7-8 weeks.
I do not control the time of the delivery. I can only promise that I will ship within 1-2 business day. Customs and postal offices have their own rules; problems or delays beyond my control may arrive, so please be patient.
Shipping and handling price, and combined shipping:
Shipping and handling mean: stamps, envelopes, sleeves, rigid top-loaders, printing ink, labels, tape, electricity, gas for the car to go to the postal office, eBay fees associated to shipping, and most of all the time/salary of the employee who prints the address on the envelope, pulls out the cards, puts them in the top-loaders, puts them in the envelope, seals the envelope, stamps it, and brings it to the mail office.
I either ship in a bubble envelope or in a plain white envelope (PWE), depending of the value of the item and its texture (e.g. sport cards with patches are always shipped in a bubble envelope).
I offer combined shipping: each and every additional item after the first one is 0.50$ (50 cents). Please, use the shopping cart and ask for the combined shipping invoice before you pay. If you pay item-by-item, right away after the purchase, I will not be able to offer you combined shipping fees anymore.
To obtain combined shipping fees, please follow these steps:
1. Use a computer, not a cell phone.
2. My store is located on eBay.ca (Canada) domain. Thus, you must log in on eBay.ca.
3. After you put the items you want in your shopping cart, use the "Request total from seller" button found in the right upper corner of your shopping cart.
4. Wait for the invoice I will send you.
Tracking number:
For international orders, starting with 70$ (price + initial shipping + sales taxes), the tracking number is mandatory. The price of the tracking number is not negotiable.
If your order exceeds 70$, do not pay right away. I do not know in advance what the tracking number fees will be, since they depend of your country, so please write to me so I can calculate them.
I reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders that do not respect these requirements.
Customs taxes and other charges for International buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below real value or as "gifts".
Quantity:
When the title specifies, "3 x" you will get 3 copies of that specific card. If it says "4 x" you will get 4 copies.
