A comprehensive study of the electric bike industry as it existed in 1995, based on the author's attendance at the Intercycle Cologne 95 International Fair for Cycles and Accessories in Cologne, Germany. The fair had 900 exhibitors from 40 countries.

The author, Frank E. Jamerson, Ph.D., was formerly the head of battery technology at General Motors, and at the time of writing ran the Electric Battery Bicycle Company in Naples, Fla.  As of 2020, he was still active in the motorized bicycle and electric vehicle industry.

Published for use and circulation at the California Institute of Technology. Marked "Not to Be Reproduced"; presumably scarce. 1996 second edition as stated; Dr. Jamerson has produced many subsequent editions.

This is an 8 1/2" by 11" report, approximately 100 pages, with black plastic-comb binding and a transparent plastic cover with yellow stain in upper corner. Pages are clean.
