I do not accept returns. So this little used children's drum percussion instrument is used and it looks a little worn. There's spottiness and dirtiness on the inside and out so it'll probably need a wash. The bumps around the inside edge look how they look. So to be clear, there's flaw. The red handle shows a flawed spot.  This may or may not have come with a mallet.  I just know it does not have one now. Smells fine.
