This manuscript is in fair shape, with some rubbing and old staining to the binding. The first leaf is heavily damaged, with portions lacking to the center. Several leaves have some worming tracks, with several other leaves torn. There is browning and staining throughout, with some of the ink smudged or faded, and some old mold spores. The last quire of three leaves is detached.
