Will ship to the USA
The US postal service is getting a lot stricter.
They no longer permit plastic top-loaders in letter mail.
They have been returning them to sender.
I can use USPS, letter mail $3.50 with no top-loader.

For multi-pal cards I use a rigid photo envelope, it has been working well.
High value cards is your choice of regular post or tracked at $12.00.
