A unique opportunity to purchase this extremely rare and highly collectible piece of photographic history - dating from the early 1900s - this is a Siemens "Sieflash" photography flash light.

I can find almost no reference to it on Google, but they have one in a Swedish museum that belonged to a very famous Swedish photographer John Hertzberg, who died in 1935.  https://digitaltmuseum.se/021026838064/blixtlampa

I am not sure how it would have worked - it has 3 metal connectors on the base that would have presumably slotted into something to give it power.  It is a beautiful looking thing - the glass dome is 14cm height and 7cm diameter.  Inside there is a beautiful coiled glass tube.  The Siemens "Sieflash" logo is at one side of the base of the glass dome.

It is in very good condition - glass is clear and not frosted and all inner glass tubes are in excellent condition, free from cracks or damage.

Working condition unknown - sold as collectible item ONLY with STRICTLY NO RETURNS.

For shipping it will be very securely packed inside bubble wrap, foam and a very strong, thick box.  I will try my best to make it unbreakable!

Probably the only chance to buy one of these, certainly not something that becomes available very often!
