Add a very small amount of resin to your morning coffee or simply to a glass of warm water on it’s own!

Our 100g refill shilajit resin can be used straight out of the pack, but it's easier to dispense it into a glass jar or tin. Just pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes to easily peel away from the thick plastic pouch.

However, because our Shilajit is extremely high in fulvic acid, and we supply all our resin with minimal hydration level for maximum potency and the absolute best value for money shilajit on ebay, our resin may seem quite 'dense' compared to more viscous shilajit resins you may have tried previously.

We provide the maximum concentrated shilajit resin possible - add any extra water for free at home! It's super easy and takes just a few seconds to prepare nearly a full year of Shilajit!

To soften your resin to preference, or to divide into multiple smaller jars, gradually add a small amount of moisture until the resin reaches either the pliability (as a resin that can be handled) or viscosity (as a resin that can be poured) that you'd like. If you add too much moisture, just leave the resin exposed to air at room temperature overnight. Use distilled water (or kettle boiled water that has cooled) and a spray/mister bottle for the most control - it's a very subtle difference in hydration %.

Due to the very high fulvic acid content of shilajit, the (minimum) safe shelf life of our Shilajit resin packs is 3 years as delivered - Well it did sit in the himalayan mountains for thousands of years before we picked it up ;)
