100% silk, stain resistant, designed in Naperville,Illinois, hand made in Zhejiang, China. 

Red, silvery gray and black woven silk brocade with a large paisley pattern.

Adjustable with hook and slide from 13 3/4 to 18 1/2. About 2 3/8” wide at bow, 2 5/8” wide at ends.
