French Dinky Toy 32ab Panhard Tractor SNCF 1952 Articulated Truck.  This is original and not Atlas.  Very good condition with some paint loss.  No box.  

The canopy and spare tyre are present.  Convex ridged hubs and the grid marking inside the cab roof.  No rust on the axles.
