The rust-resistant and sharp VG-10 blade is inserted into the beautifully patterned hammered Damascus steel, and the handle is made in collaboration with Echizen lacquerware. It is a resin pattern kitchen knife with a beautiful design that is durable and lightweight octagonal wa handle.

The stainless steel “V Gold No. 1” with further improvements is the popular VG10 “V Gold 10“.
“Vanadium” and “Cobalt” are added to increase hardness and wear resistance.
The more carbon it contains, the harder and sharper the blade becomes. V Gold 10 contains so much carbon that it is called high-carbon stainless steel, so it is extremely sharp.
It contains 15% chromium to prevent rust, and molybdenum improves hardness and impact resistance.
Due to its high hardness, the greatest feature is its sharp edge that lasts for a very long time.
It has 33 layers of stainless steel with sharp “V Gold 10” sandwiched between layers of relatively soft stainless steel.
The hard core “V Gold No. 10” is wrapped in soft stainless steel, making it hard to bend and break like a “Japanese sword”.
In addition, by applying pressure when wrapping, the structure becomes denser, and the sharpness and long-lasting sharpness are improved.
The hammered pattern creates a sense of luxury, and it also has the functionality of being easy to separate.
In addition, the laminated reinforced wood of the handle is resistant to water and can be used for a long time while giving the texture of the wood grain.
