Noel Gallagher played a variety of Gibson/Epiphone guitars on the early Oasis tours, but the Epiphone Riviera, an early '80s production guitar of which he owned several, stands out in particular.
The look and sound of the Riviera provided the ultimate live experience for audiences witnessing the ultimate rock and roll band.
Epiphone is pleased to announce the return of the Noel Gallagher model to its product lineup with the release of the Riviera model in a vibrant dark burgundy finish.
The Epiphone Noel Gallagher Riviera is a new model based on the original guitar owned by Noel Gallagher and incorporates historic specifications.
The color and finish replicate the original from that era, while Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO pickups complement the look and sound.
It also features a stop tailpiece instead of a Frequensator tailpiece!
A voluted SlimTaper neck is used, and the historic "E" on the pickguard and truss rod cover, as well as the brown soundhole label, give this guitar an extra special vintage look.
It comes with an Epiphone hardshell case and has an artist signature (replica) on the back of the headstock.
