Description of the roasting process:
1.  first use first follow the product instructions, run the empty bin for 30 seconds, then press the STOP button, after which there will be about 3 minutes of automatic cooling of the system.
2.  Remove the roasting basket and fill with 250-300g of coffee beans, then return the roasting basket to its place; connect the power supply, turn on the machine's power switch and select the roasting level, roasting level 1-7 levels, from shallow to roast level 1-7, from light to deep. After selecting the roasting level with "+" and "_", press the start/stop button. When you hear 3 or 4 distinct pops, press the CLOCK button to switch to automatic system baking. When the machine is in automatic mode, the baking light next to the CLOCK is on. There will be a cooling time of 3 or 5 minutes after the baking is complete. Turn off the power and baking is complete. For normal baking, 250-300g, just follow the above procedure.
3.  If the roasting volume is relatively small, for example, you only need to roast 100g, then how should you operate? Put 100g of coffee beans into the roasting basket and put it in place, turn on the machine power switch, no need to set the roasting level again. Press the start/stop button and once the beans are roasted to your desired depth, press the start/stop button and the machine will start to cool down for about 3.5 minutes. When cooling is complete, turn off the power and the baking is done. This step does not use the clock button, but if you use it more often and have more knowledge of the machine, you can use it together with the clock button.

A few things to note:
1. in the process of baking, if something has to go away, remember not to unplug the power directly. The machine will not stop immediately, but will be cooled down for about 3.5 minutes and the bean basket will be sprayed with cold air. The baking light is flashing when the start/stop button is pressed.
2. To achieve a consistent and repeatable result, the roasting process should be carried out in the same place and with equal amounts of coffee beans.
3. When roasting espresso beans, open a window or place them under a hood, as the natural coffee oils may produce smoke during the roasting process.
4. Do not operate in a room with a smoke alarm.
5. After roasting the coffee beans, after 6 hours, the taste will be better 3-7 days later the nature of the beans will be more stable.
The taste of the beans will be more stable after 3-7 days.
