An absolutely stunning collection of 343 x 35mm photo slides, all from the vast collection of one lifelong, prolific, and talented amateur photographer.
These slides date between the late 1960s and early 2010's, with the majority being later in that range. They are a mixture of cardboard and plastic mounts.
The Gentleman lived in the South of the UK, in Dorset and the vast majority of these are taken there. There are also some further afield and just one or two from outside the UK. There are a handful of Sunrises as well as Sunsets. There are a very small number of half-frame images and just a couple of black and white images.
The photographer had extremely high quality equipment and the colours on some of these sunsets are mind-blowing. I have shown an example of some of the most stunning images in the pictures.
Almost all are labelled with the location and quite a lot are labelled with the camera that he used to capture the image.
