Eleven (11) George III Sterling silver forks associated with General Sir Richard Bourke, Colonial Governor of New South Wales from 1831 to 1837.

These forks are by London maker William Chawner (marked WC) in Hanoverian or Old English pattern (I am not sure which exactly) with engraved Bourke family crest to back of terminal. The forks were handed down through the family until recently.

Weight: 720 grams. Length: 20 cm each, so a good size for the table.

They are well used, with worn tines, but the weight is good and the crests are impressive. The hallmarks are clear and include the William IV duty mark.

Another set of Bourke family forks is being listed separately.

Domestic postage is via Australia Post satchel, well packed. For International postage please ask for a quote. Local pickup is available from Canberra Australia.

I will be selling Georgian, William IV and Victorian Sterling silver in coming weeks so please look for my other listings.
