We do not restore/replace cracked front panels, broken handles, smashed/scratched cases, or any other cosmetic defects.

You're responsible for a return shipping and insurance cost, so please include a prepaid return shipping label within the box.

Please pack your amp properly in the box with a bubble wrap or a similar cushion in order to protect the amp during the shipping.
Hint: Put an extra stuffing in front and rear of the amp to protect its protruding parts such as knobs and terminals, and remove the rack-mount brackets or legs.
