Measurements and colour
Whilst we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, please allow for minor variations of about a centimetre or half an inch.
We measure using a cloth tape with the article laid flat on a table.
Circumference measurements (such as waist/hips/thigh) differ depending on the listing:
- If the measurements are in the photo carousel, we measured just one side, so the measurement is just one half of the circumference.
- If the measurements are in the description, we measured one side, then doubled it, so the measurement is of the whole circumference.
Please note that due to the nature of cameras and screens, the colour of the item may differ from what is pictured. If you are not sure about the colour of an item, you are welcome to contact us for clarification. Where possible, we have some plain white paper in the photos to give you a reference point.

We take great care to ensure your item arrives undamaged, and we have successfully shipped several thousand items. Depending on the size, weight and shape, we usually ship your item in a bubble wrap lined envelope or cardboard box. There are some exceptions such as paperback books which are hard to break, so those we send in plain envelopes.
Ebay's delivery estimates are a little optimistic. Please follow the durations listed below, and send us a message if your item has not arrived after these times.

We have confidence in our free shipping method, however, we recommend the Standard Postage (Australia Post Regular Parcel + Tracking) option for only $6, because it includes tracking, and tends to be a little faster.

- Paid express shipping 1-3 business days* will be sent via Australia Post on the next business day after your order (for orders placed before 5pm AEST). If your Address is not normally written in English, please send us an ebay message with the address text In your own language that we can copy/paste onto a label to ensure it can be understood when it gets to your country.
- International Economy : untracked (11 to 35 business days*) Normally send via DHL Packet which only provides tracking to show that the item has been sent. Once it leaves Australia, there will be no further updates. These items are delivered locally by your regular mail service.
