Listing comes with everything pictured. Some of the playsets are incomplete. Minor discoloration on some of the pieces. Also noticed some rust under a few of the cars.

Most of the vehicles are road champs and Galoob, a small few are generic brands.

One of the tankers has a broken piece which can be re-glued.

Police tower has a stripped screw on the battery cover so I was unable to open it to test it.
