This listing is for Nancy Ann story book doll recently purchased from the estate of an antiques dealer. 

 

She is made of all bisque with bisque arms attached by wire to her torso and frozen legs.  Her eyes are painted and she has a closed mouth and an auburn synthetic wig. She wears a yellow rayon/cotton dress printed with red roses and trimmed with a light blue border. Her bonnet is made of lace and ties with a matching light blue silk ribbon.  Her shoes are painted black and she has her original muslin slip and lace  trimmed pantaloons.

She may be marked but her clothes are sewn to the body and I'm unable to find a mark without removing the clothes.

She measures about 5 1/2" tall and comes with a clear plastic heart shaped stand marked "Knickerbocker" on the bottom.

Condition: Good. Her dress needs to be ironed.
